 Health Fitness Goals      

The goal of the Health Fitness Department is to teach your child how to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

To obtain this goal, your child will have a choice to participate in a myriad of daily fitness exercises as well as individual and team activities. 

These activities will develop and enhance their cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength levels.  Some of the activities are volleyball, basketball, deck tennis, golf, badminton, pickle ball, soccer, hockey, team handball, track and field, softball, flag football, kickball and many other fun and healthy large group activities.
