Novels for each 6 weeks
2009-2010

SBMS is providing this information so that students have an opportunity to purchasing these titles ahead of time. For a reduced cost, these books will be sold at the beginning of each semester by your child’s Language Arts teacher.  Purchasing these titles is not required, but highly encouraged.  Students will be asked to annotate their books and may have outside reading assignments.  Because new and exciting titles come available during the summer, some titles are subject to change without notification. Titles in RED do not need to be purchased because they are already part available in the classrooms.

Book Club allows students to select a book of their choice that follows a particular theme.  If you see a note below referring to Book Club, please note that teachers will give students several titles from which to select.  Teachers will communicate these choices on their websites and in a note to the class.
