Hey Bears!

My name is Chauncey Williams and I have been in education since 2012. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a master’s degree in Sports Administration. I spent most of educational career in Denver, CO, working specifically in Special Education. I spent one year working at the University of Houston as the Senior Learning Specialist in the athletic department.  Before joining the SBMS team, I served as a Dean for two years at an alternative juvenile detention school in Denver. I am super excited about joining the SBMS team this year and serving as the 6th grade Assistant Principal! 
On a personal note, I enjoy working out/running, college sports, and traveling. My goal is to travel to every major college football stadium for a game. 

Mrs. Meagan Hudek

7th Grade Assistant Principal

HELLO BEARS!!!!
My name is Meagan Hudek and I have been in education since 2008. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Public School Administration both of which I earned from Texas A&M University. Gig’em Aggies!!! WHOOP!!!
Most of my educational career has been in Spring Branch ISD as well as a short time in Frisco ISD. I have served as a Social Studies middle school teacher and Department Chair for 10 years (8 of which were at SBMS), Dean of Instruction for 1 year, Testing Coordinator at Stratford High School for 2 years, and now I’m entering year 2 at SBMS as the 7th grade Assistant Principal.
On a personal note, I have a wonderful husband, Jarrett and two amazing little boys, Kade(6) and Knox (2), who are my whole world. Both of my boys attend campuses in SBISD. As for me, I love listening to live music, spending time with family and friends, supporting the 12th man, and enjoying life to the fullest.

Ms. Maya Franchi

8th Grade Assistant Principal

Hi Bears! 
My name is Maya Franchi and I have been in education since 2005. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in School Counseling. My entire educational career has been at Spring Branch ISD. I taught middle school for 10 years, then went to the Multilingual Department for 4 years, and now I’m starting year 5 at SBMS as the 8th grade principal. I feel very lucky to serve the Spring Branch community!
On a personal note, I have two children. My son graduated from Memorial High School and graduated from Texas State University. My daughter is a 3rd grader at Meadow Wood Elementary. I love to travel, workout eat delicious vegan food and of course spend time with my loved ones, including my pets.
